During her career as an RN, Lucy has served on various boards of nursing organizations such as Connecticut Nurses Association and Sigma Theta Tau, the National Honorary Nursing Society. A graduate of UCONN School of Nursing, Lucy LaCava received her MA from Fairfield University, as well as a Certificate of Graduation from The Institute of Healing Arts and Science for in-depth study of spiritual healing and energy work.
Lucy has lived in Spring Glen in Hamden for over 25 years. Her passion and appreciation of nature led her to become a Master Gardener in 2008, and she is a member of the Connecticut Master Gardener Association and the Woodbridge Garden Club.
